vsdx.app DocsAccount and billing
Sign in, choose a plan, understand credits, and manage billing and devices for vsdx.app.
You don't need an account to download vsdx.app, view files, or use the free features. An account is needed once you buy a plan, so the app knows you can edit and use AI.
Sign in
- In vsdx.app, click Sign in.
- Your browser opens the vsdx.app website. Sign in or create an account there.
- Approve the sign-in. You are sent back to the app automatically, already signed in.
You never need to copy an API key, paste a license code, or configure anything. If you buy a plan on the website, sign in with the same account in the app and your plan is picked up.

There is no free trial and no sign-up bonus credits. Compare plans on the pricing page.
What "Lifetime" means
Lifetime is a one-time payment for lifetime use of the software. You pay once and keep using vsdx.app with full editing, with no subscription.
Lifetime does not mean unlimited AI. AI generation runs on servers and costs money each time, so Lifetime includes the same 100 credits per month as Pro. If you need more, buy credit packs.
Credits
Credits are used for AI diagram generation. Each generated diagram costs 10 credits.
- Monthly credits: every paid plan (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, and Lifetime) gets 100 credits each month, enough for about 10 AI diagrams.
- Credit packs: buy extra credits whenever you need them. Credit packs never expire.

Credits need a paid plan
AI generation is only available on a paid plan. Credit packs add to your balance, but you also need an active Pro or Lifetime plan to generate diagrams.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. vsdx.app is sold only through the vsdx.app website. It isn't on the Mac App Store, so purchases are not managed through your Apple ID.
Manage billing
Go to Billing settings on the website to:
- See your current plan.
- Manage your subscription and payment method.
If anything about a charge looks wrong, email support@vsdx.app.
Devices
You can see which Macs are signed in to your account on the Devices page. If you've replaced a Mac or signed in on a machine you no longer use, manage it from that page.
To move to a new Mac, download vsdx.app from vsdx.app/download on the new machine and sign in. Your plan and credits come with your account, not with the computer.
