vsdx.app is an independent product and is not affiliated with Microsoft. Visio is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

Information we collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide when you register or update your account.
• Authentication data: If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google according to your consent. If you use email verification codes, we process your email address to send one-time codes.
• Payment information: Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status, subscription or order identifiers, and amounts paid — not your full card number.
• Mac app authorization: When you sign in from the Mac app, we link your account to authorized devices so we can enforce plan limits and subscription status.
• Usage on the website: Pages visited, referral sources, and technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and analytics.
• Support messages: Content you send through our contact form or to support@vsdx.app.

The Mac app processes .vsdx and related files locally on your Mac. We do not upload the contents of your diagram files to our servers unless you explicitly use an online feature (such as AI diagram generation, which sends your prompt and necessary context to our services).

How we use information

• Provide accounts, subscriptions, AI credits, and Mac app sign-in
• Process payments and send receipts through Stripe
• Send transactional email (verification codes, password reset, purchase confirmations) from hello@mail.vsdx.app
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the website and product, prevent fraud, and comply with law
